Bio:
Tobias likes to work with individuals that take a genuine interest in learning more about how to exercise properly, no matter what fitness level they are starting from. He likes to learn as much as he can about new ways to exercise in order to continue to provide new and challenging workouts to his clients. He takes a lot of pride in seeing his clients be successful.

Dominick Schurck
Bio:
Has been involved in the art of boxing since he was 7 years old. He has not only fought as a Junior Olympic and professional kick boxer in Miami, Florida, but has past trained Olympic boxers. He is currently training fighters for the 2012 Olympic boxing program. He has also worked as a strength and conditioning coach for former undisputed middleweight champion Jermain Taylor. He approaches fitness with a no-nonsense approach but still has a lot of fun with his clients. Dominick’s skills allow him the versatility to train a wide-range of clients, from 15 years old to 81 years old individuals. His clients that train with him absolutely love him and appreciate his ability to get them results.

Brandon Raslowsky
Bio:
As a former varsity wrestler, as well as competitive soccer and hockey player, health and fitness has been influential in Brandon’s life in many ways. With over 6 years experience as a fitness professional, he trains clientele with sports-specific goals to optimize athletic performance through speed, agility, balance, power, and strength. Additionally, he has clients with health related goals such as weight control, body fat loss, endurance training, and muscle building. Having a wide spectrum of clients, capabilities, and specific goals has given Brandon the hands-on experience to be confident in his method to produce results, achieve goals, and exceed expectations.

Christine’s interest in health and fitness began when she was a student at the University of California, San Diego studying biomedical engineering. After graduating, she discovered that her passion was to educate people about how to care for their bodies and ultimately improve their quality of life. After being successful in health and fitness for more than five years, her focus now is to help other trainers to be successful with their clients and business, and continue to share her knowledge of health and fitness with clients and trainers alike.
Christine currently trains in running, lifting, yoga, and riding her bike. She challenges herself with many different styles of exercise and always is willing to further her knowledge and try new things.

Kyle is originally from Delaware, where he was an All-State soccer player and All-Conference lacrosse player. He has 12 years of weightlifting experience and has been a trainer for more than two years. He enjoys teaching functional training and strength and conditioning with an emphasis in fat loss. His goal is to encourage lifestyle changes among clients by incorporating exercise and nutritional guidelines.

Gaby Junges
Bio:
Gaby earned her bachelors degree in Physical Education (strength training) in 1999 and her masters in strength training in 2003. She started to work as a personal trainer and group class teacher in 1996. She got her CPT certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine from the USA in 2010. Her strongest point is working with people that would like to lose weight and improve cardiovascular condition!

Nick Gombold
Bio:
Nick has been involved with training since 2002 and has experience training people who are sedentary to intense athletes. His strengths are being able to work with people and helping them understand how to reach their goals with proper exercises. He has coached high school football from 2002-2008. He has worked for 24 Hour Fitness and is currently working with San Diego State University as a strength and conditioning coach. His goal is to get to the NFL as a coach and in the meantime, help people reach their fitness goals.

Renata Wong originally from Brazil, speaks Portuguese and Spanish. Patrick Van Oosbree has been a trainer for 5+ years. Specializing in weight loss, athletic performance, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. His clients have received division one college athletic scholarships, lost 100+ pounds, learned to walk pain free after traumatic car accidents, and a former Miss Teen California and Second Runner-Up Miss Teen USA. Patrick is constantly expanding his exercise knowledge to implement the latest innovations the fitness industry has to offer. He is dedicated to helping anyone achieve any goal no matter their level of ability.

Daniel Ventura
Bio:
Daniel enjoys working with a diverse group of people, from brand-new beginners to seasoned athletes. His workouts are exciting and fun including kick-boxing, plyometrics, crossfit, Olympic lifts, and even tug-o-war! He specializes in weight loss, and with his certification from the American College of Sports Medicine, is equipped to train those recovering from injuries. Moreover, the skills that he has acquired throughout his years being a college-level athlete and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competitor, as well as a personal trainer in the past, make him competent in putting together a wide range of fitness programs specific for each individual’s goals. Daniel believes that the proper training of the body leads to an overall higher quality of life, and that each individual can thrive in this regard if given professional education and the right tools.

Aaron was an All-American baseball player at UC San Diego and he has five years of weightlifting experience in a college athletic program. He is great at applying this knowledge to functional training to help people that want to see results in weight loss, endurance, and strength gains. He has competed with and against elite athletes, and understands the commitment and work ethic needed to obtain a goal no matter what that goal may be.

Corrina Ornelas
Bio:
Corrina Ornelas has a passion for working one-on-one with people and helping them achieve overall health and wellness through reaching their fitness goals. Corrina is interested in working with people of all fitness levels to help them develop healthy and lasting habits and institute a positive lifestyle change. She believes in setting challenging but realistic goals.
Her inspiration came from meeting one of her own personal fitness goals when entering and finishing the Rock and Roll Marathon in 2007. Corrina specializes in improving cardiovascular endurance, increasing definition, and weight loss. She actively listens to others and provides guidance based upon their specific goals.
