Christine Quilici: We so appreciate you and the tremendous results you have accomplished with my sister Lisa Goldberg. Lisa started on a weekly training program with you in March 2007. At that time she was over weight, she walked with hesitancy, she was on a variety of medications, needed assistance walking up steps, her stamina was weak, she had limited flexibility and had no muscle tone.
