Like most people who start a new workout program, you think that you are in shape some what. But after the first session, you realize just how out of shape you are. That is what I found out when I started working out in TruSelf Training Fred's bootcamp. 10 months ago I started with a group of other people who were in about the same shape as me, some more fit & others a little less fit but we all worked well together. Our workouts are always different & unique & catered to each individuals own abilities & disabilities. Fred Caron knows each individual & knows what he or she is capable of even if that person may not think they are. In the end you see results.
You have to put in the effort & time but it's well worth it. Also, you get to meet new people who encourage & push you through the tough times. Fred is an awesome trainer who definitely knows what he's doing.
Any question you have for him, he has a helpful answer. If you have problems, let's say, with your shoulders from previous injuries, he helps modify the workout for you while also strengthening that area so you can become stronger. Also, he is forever thinking of new workouts so you will never get bored. All you have to do is show up & give it all you have & it will all be worth it. If you are looking for results then you must work with Fred.
